Qualification

LLM or above from reputable university, overseas background is preferred;

At least 3 years of experience as practicing lawyer in general legal counsel, cross-border investment and financing, civil and commercial litigation, etc;

Excellent English skills in writing and speaking;

Good team player with excellent communication skills and strong ability to work under pressure.
Job description

Assist partners in business negotiations, transaction structure design, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, legal research;

Draft transaction documents, legal opinions, legal analysis, contracts and other legal documents;

Other work assigned by partners.
